These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of lucasravanis.com (the "Site"), including its content, calculators, free guides, booking tool, and contact form. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Everything on the Site is for general educational and informational purposes only. That includes articles, guides, calculators, emails, and strategy calls. None of it is personalized advice, and using the Site doesn't create a doctor–patient, attorney–client, advisor–client, or fiduciary relationship with me.
I am not a licensed medical provider. Content about peptides, GLP-1 medications, or other treatments is not medical advice and isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a licensed physician before starting, changing, or stopping any treatment.
Treatment through HelixMD is provided only when a licensed medical provider decides it's appropriate. HelixMD's own terms and policies govern that care. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The peptide reconstitution calculator only does arithmetic and isn't a dosing recommendation. Always follow your provider's and pharmacy's instructions.
Nothing on the Site is investment, legal, or tax advice, or an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Any offering, including Terra Nova Land Development's current offering and the Terra Nova Evergreen Land Fund, is made only to accredited investors, and only through official offering documents that include important risk disclosures.
When you sign up for a guide, you agree to receive that guide and my Health & Wealth Letter. You can unsubscribe at any time. Strategy calls are free and educational, and you're under no obligation to buy or invest in anything.
The Site links to and embeds third-party services, including HelixMD, Terra Nova Land Development, Cash Flow Portal, Cal.com, Kit, and Formspree. I don't control them and I'm not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Site's content, design, guides, and logos belong to me or to their respective owners. HelixMD and Terra Nova names and logos belong to their companies. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial use with credit. You may not copy, resell, or republish it without written permission.

That includes warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information can become outdated, and regulations around peptides and private investments change.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or health outcomes, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. If I'm found liable anyway, my total liability won't exceed $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
I may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
