Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Lucas Ravanis ("I," "me," or "we") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit lucasravanis.com (the "Site"), sign up for a free guide, book a call, or contact me. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
Information you give me
- Guide and newsletter signups: your first name and email address, and which guide you requested.
- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose (Health, Investing, or Both), your message, and, if you check it, whether you believe you are an accredited investor.
- Booking a call: your name, email address, the time you choose, and your answers to any booking questions.
Please don't send medical information through this Site. The contact form and booking tool aren't designed for protected health information. If you're interested in treatment, HelixMD's secure intake handles your health history, and HelixMD's own privacy policy applies there.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting logs: our host (Netlify) records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of each request, to deliver and secure the Site.
- Fonts: the Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
- Visitor statistics: I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see overall traffic, like page views, referring sites, and device types. It doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites, and I see the results only as totals.
- Cookies: the Site itself doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Services embedded in the Site, like the Cal.com booking window, may set their own cookies under their own policies.
How I use your information
- To send you the guide you requested and, if you subscribe, my Health & Wealth Letter
- To reply to your messages and hold the calls you book
- To share information about investment opportunities you ask about, if you're an accredited investor
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site
- To comply with legal obligations
How I share information
I don't sell your personal information. I share it only as follows:
- Service providers that help run the Site, which process your information on my behalf:
- Kit (email list and guide delivery)
- Formspree (contact form)
- Cal.com (call scheduling)
- Netlify (hosting)
- Cloudflare Web Analytics (visitor statistics)
- Google Fonts
- Companies I work with, to answer your request: if you ask about investing, I may share your inquiry with Terra Nova Land Development. If you ask about peptide or GLP-1 therapy, I may share it with HelixMD. I share only what's needed to respond.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers: if a business I'm involved in is reorganized or sold, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Email choices
Every email I send through Kit includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email me and ask to be removed at any time.
How long I keep information
I keep your information as long as you're subscribed or as long as it's needed to respond to you, and then as long as reasonably needed for legal, tax, or record-keeping purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information I hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- opt out of marketing
To make a request, email lucas@terranovald.com. I'll respond within the time required by applicable law. I won't treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Security
The Site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and I use reputable providers to store your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is meant for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given me information, contact me and I'll delete it.
Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites, including HelixMD, Terra Nova Land Development, Cash Flow Portal, and social media. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top shows when it last changed.
